What do you mean by ‘per head’

Per head relates to the price per person based on the package you opt for (example: £3.95 per head x 100 guests = £395)

How many guests are you able to cater for in 1 sitting?

We can cater for 200 people and perhaps more if enough time notice is given.

Do you have minimum number you cater for?

Yes, the minimum head count is 20 to 25 depending on the package type you select

How much notice do you require?

The more time the better, although we can cater for late notice providing we don’t have a packed out diary.

Can you cater for 2 sittings in one day? Example: afternoon buffet followed by an evening buffet

Absolutely we can. We have done a few buffets which require two sittings on the same day, so if we’ve got the head count and the package type, we can quote and provide your expectations.

Do you provide food tastings?

No unfortunately. Its very unusual for a customer to request food tasting for a buffet so this isn’t something we’ve done and it isn’t anything we will be rolling out in our business model for now.

Do you have food packages?

Yes. We have 4 packages all at different prices per head. Bronze being the cheapest, followed by Silver, Gold and then Bespoke. Please see our menus for further breakdowns

Do you cater for childrens parties?

If the party number is greater than 20 to 25 we can provide the Bronze (25 children x the bronze price per head)

What is your payment policy?

If you opt to go with Oh My Nosh, you will need to pay a 10% deposit to secure your booking date
The remainder of the invoiced amount is to be paid in cash or bank transfer within 7 days of the event date.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Unfortunately you will lose your 10% deposit. If however, you wanted a simple date change, that can be done without losing your 10% deposit.

Do you provide table clothes for the buffet to sit on at the venue?

Yes we do. This is standard with all our buffet packages because presentation is key to our success.

Do you provide buffet plates, napkins and forks?

Yes we do. This is standard with all our buffets.

When do you need the final guest numbers?

We need the final guest numbers no later than 5 days prior to your event date

Can you cater to any venue?

We absolutely can. All we require is the venue name and contact number and we will do the rest regarding time of delivery and location of food etc.

Do you collect your buffet trays, cake stand and any other equipment you provide?

Yes we collect everything the day after. We will arrange a time with the venue to collect all equipment. It’s worth pointing out, any trays, cake stands etc missing on the collection will result in a charge to yourself for replacement. All we ask is none of the trays and equipment be taken away by your guests.
